Waverly Labs, a leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, announced today that it has appointed a new ambassador interpreter to help upgrade the translation capabilities of its products. The new ambassador interpreter, who has over 10 years of experience in the translation industry, will work with Waverly Labs to improve the accuracy and speed of translations for its customers. The company says this will help make its products more accessible to a wider audience and improve customer satisfaction. “We are excited to appoint an ambassador interpreter who is experienced in translating our AI solutions into different languages,” said Waverly Labs CEO and co-founder, Dr. David Levy. “This will help us improve the accuracy and speed of translations for our customers, making our products more accessible and satisfying for everyone.” The new ambassador interpreter joins Waverly Labs’ team of translators who are dedicated to providing quality translations at an affordable price. ..

According to Waverly Labs, “Worn over-the-ear, the prosumer device offers a highly accurate and natural interpretation experience allowing multiple users to engage in free-flowing conversations.”

The Ambassador Interpritor 2.0 features a far-field microphone array combined with speech recognition neural networks to capture speech and translate quickly, so you can converse with others almost as smoothly as you would if you were both speaking the same language.

There are three different modes—Listen, Lecture, and Converse and each offers different translation functionality based on the setting.

With Listen mode, the device actively listens for someone speaking the language you’ve selected in the area and translates it to the wearer in their native language. With Lecture mode, Ambassador Interpreter will broadcast the words of a speaker wearing the device to multiple people in a group setting. Finally, Converse mode lets up to four people engage in a free-flowing conversation while each is wearing an Ambassador Interpreter.

“We are on a mission to bridge global communications by building a world without language barriers,” said Andrew Ochoa, Founder and CEO of Waverly Labs. “We built a core translation technology for seamless conversations and are delighted to showcase Subtitles and Audience, our latest solutions, at CES along with the enhanced Ambassador Interpreter.”
